Terms & Conditions

1. It is the responsibility of the parent(s)/guardian(s) to supervise their children.

2. All interactions with Project PACE animals must be supervised by farm personnel. We have free-range animals, with all inherent risks involved.

3. During summer, be mindful of the electric fence surrounding our alpacas, goats and sheep. Please do not touch the electric fence.

4. Dress appropriately for farm environment and seasonal weather conditions.

1. For summer, wear outdoor clothes, long pants, closed-toed footwear (i.e. rubber boots, hiking boots or running shoes) and a hat.

2. For winter, wear appropriate outdoor clothes and boots.

3. Project PACE is not responsible should your clothes get dirty.

5. Please be attentive to farm conditions:

1. Keep a distance from our pond, which is a drowning risk.

2. The ground on the farm is uneven and may be slippery in winter.

3. There are insects that bite and/or sting, and poisonous plants.

4. We don't have access to running water in the winter. 

5. There is no electricity at the farm.

6. There is no food served or potable water available at the farm.

6. Dogs or other animals are prohibited at Project PACE farm, even if they are in a carrier or on a leash.

7. Photos taken by project PACE may be used for promotional purposes, providing no names are used. 

1. Please notify us if you do not want your photos published by Project PACE.

Farm Tours Payment and Cancellation Policy

1. Full payment is due at the time of reservation.

2. Full refund upon cancellation up to 72 hours before the start of the event.

3. 50% refund upon cancellation from 72 hours up to 48 hours before the start of the event.

4. No refund upon cancellation less than 48 hours before the start of the event.

1. In case of cancellation due to sickness, you are eligible for a store credit.

5. In case of bad weather or other emergency reasons, the event might be canceled by Project PACE. You will have a choice to reschedule your event or receive a full refund.

Mobile Farm Payment and Cancellation Policy

1. Full payment is due at the time of reservation or at least 4 weeks prior to the event.

2. Full refund upon cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start of the event.

3. 50% refund upon cancellation from 4 weeks up to 2 weeks before the start of the event.

4. No refund upon cancellation less than 2 weeks before the start of the event.

5. Project PACE reserves the right to reschedule the event or cancel it & refund the payment in case of bad weather or other emergency reasons.

COVID-19 Policy

            If you or someone in your family is not feeling well or has a cold or fever, please cancel or reschedule your visit to the farm.
